After a disastrous start to our holiday finding our accommodation not what we had been sold we managed by some sheer miracle to come across Audrey and she was like our holiday fairy Godmother! With not even 12 hours notice she found us an amazing villa, had us collected from our concentration camp hotel and taken with a hire car already sorted to our new destination, which was incredible.  With two children under 4 in tow nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay.  I unfortunately, the day after we got to the villa was rushed into hospital and stayed there for 4 days.  Audrey called everyday and helped my husband with the children, constantly checking we were ok.  She really felt like a true friend when we were there even though we had only known her a couple of days.  We run our own business and customer service for us is very important and something we pride ourselves on.  I truly have never had better customer service from anyone in my life.  Audrey and her team are incredible an although we had a few holiday disasters I would never hesitate in going back to Crete to stay in one of her villas (never a hotel ever again). In fact I am already looking at one to go out to in October.  A true professional and I would highly recommend to anyone Luxury Villas on Crete.  A 5 star and above holiday and service
