from the moment we arrived at the airport in Heraklion we know this was going to be a great holiday. Smile Cars met us with our rental car, then proceeded to guide us all the way to the villa - they certainly went above & beyond - it was very much appreciated - thank you. Once at the villa, we were met by the lovely Audrey, who then dropped in every few days to check to make sure that all was well and to see if we needed anything. Audrey was also a font of local knowledge about where to shop, dine and places to see.  The local village of Milatos was gorgeous - the sea, the people and the food - absolutely wonderful. The villa itself was perfect for our group of friends...especially the outside area and the pool...many a day was spent poolside, chilling out & soaking up the Crete sun. The overall service was outstanding from the moment we booked the villa to the day we departed...we look forward to our next visit to beautiful Crete...thanks Audrey & Eva for your impeccable service...
