We had a great time at Villa Kampos I and II. The villas more than lived up to our expectations and were exactly as shown on the photos.  The villas were spotless when we arrived and everything was perfect.  The villa was cleaned once a week, and we were supplied with clean towels and bed sheets. The pool was also regularly checked and cleaned. A very nice welcome pack was waiting for us on our arrival, with local delicacies and breakfast for the next day. The owners were so kind and welcoming, and did everything to ensure that we had a great stay.  We made twice use of the Taverna. The food, drinks and service at the Taverna was very good.  We really felt that we got an insight into the Cretan culture and way of life. Xenia, the owner is very kind and you can ask her anything. Really great. We enjoyed that the villas were in a small village, away from the tourist hot spots.  We really felt that we got away from everything and were able to relax with our whole family of 15 persons.  It was easy to get around by car and only a 10 minute drive to the local beach and 20 minutes to Margaritas, a lovely village. But you really do need a car if you are staying at the Villas.  We will definitely return again in the future. Thank you so much Xenia and staff!
