We had an amazing week at Villa Lofos with a group of six people. Audrey, our host, was extremely pleasant and provided us with plenty of valuable advice! The villa itself is incredibly spacious and beautiful. Everything was perfect. However, there were a couple of aspects that disappointed us: the heating of the swimming pools and the presence of cameras. When we initially booked the villa, we assumed that the heating was included in the price, as it was not mentioned as an optional feature in the description. However, the villa description has since been updated to indicate that heating is optional, now written in capital letters. After expressing our dissatisfaction to Audrey, she kindly offered us a refund or two days of heated swimming pool as compensation. Regarding the cameras, during check-in, we were given the choice to activate them. We were assured that the cameras were discreet. But we noticed that outside they were pointing to us, so we asked Audrey to disable them.
