We reached out to Audrey & her team when looking for a destination for a family holiday to celebrate my mums 70th birthday, and from the first contact they were superb. Very quick in answering emails in the lead up, and also when we were on holiday for any questions we had, as well as solving any small issues that had occurred outside their control (powercuts and the like). They managed to make the villa available quicker than expected, which for a group that had set off very early from the UK and had 3 kids under 7, was greatly appreciated. Finally the villa itself was beautiful, a perfect place to spend 2 weeks. We will be visiting Crete again and reaching out to Luxury villas for sure.
