• A 30% deposit is required upon booking. It can be paid via bank transfer or credit card. (credit card payment fee +0.9% on Visa, +0,9% on Master Card)
• A 70% balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. It can be paid via bank transfer or credit card. (credit card payment fee +0,9% on Visa, +0,9% on Master Card)
• A full amount (100%) payment is required if reservation request is completed within 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
• If full payment is not received by due date, and in any case 6 weeks prior to arrival, LVOC reserves the right to cancel the booking. Cancellation charges are imposed in accordance with cancellation policy (see above).
• A Refundable Damage deposit of € 500,- / € 750 or more depending on the villa of your choice,- is required. It can be paid with the balance in a separate bank transfer or upon arrival in cash or via credit card.
• Upon arrival * by the new Greek 2024 end of resilience climate crisis law* your host will be obliged to charge you € 10,- per night climate tax , this can be paid with credit or cash depending if the hosts holds a POS machine. Please check this in advance with your agent.
• LVOC reserves the right of pre-authorization of credit cards prior to arrival.

1) Provisional bookings must be made by telephone or email to ensure that the accommodation is available on the dates you require. A provisional booking will be valid for 3 days to allow you to pay the deposit and send the filled in booking form.

2) Guests are responsible for reimbursement in case of any damage to the property during their stay. (Each villa has its own terms and fees for the above, please advise the villa’s page).

3) It is advisable to get Travel Insurance to have full coverage for personal belongings as well as Personal Accident, as Luxury Villas on Crete is not responsible for either.

4) Luxury Villas on Crete strives to ensure that provided description and information about the chosen property are realistic, but in the event of unintentional errors, mistakes or omissions, the company cannot accept any liability. In the unlikely event of disagreeable circumstances, beyond the company’s reasonable control, which could lead to a cancellation of the arrangements, Luxury Villas on Crete reserves the right to refund amount already paid or make alternative arrangements based on mutual agreement with the client.

5) No property will be rented to anyone under the age of 18.

6) Check in time is latest by 17.00 local time. Check out time is latest by 10.00 local time.

7) Subletting the property is prohibited.

8) Pets are allowed upon agreement, depending on property’s pet policy (please advise the property’s page).

9) Usage of the pool at any villa is at the guest’s own risk. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children or adult non-swimmers to use the pool. Breakable materials in or around the pool are also forbidden.

10) For any legal issues, Greek law applies.
