This 7-bedroom villa is in an exceptional location, atop a hill offering a spectacular view of the aquamarine sea. The beach is accessible through a private path, thus imparting you to a true sense of solitude and serenity.
The villa offers an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could need. There are two lovely living rooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms & one separate bathroom. The outside area offers a large swimming pool with crystal-clear fresh water that can be heated (extra charge 55€/day), shaded pavilion with dining area, BBQ and private parking. This is truly a gorgeous property.
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated with an additional charge as follows for 2024:
- Pool only: 550€ / stay for reservations up to 7 nights
- Jacuzzi only: 250€ / stay for reservations up to 7 nights
- Both pool & Jacuzzi: 800€ / stay for reservations up to 7 nights
- Pool only: 80€ / day for reservations more than 7 nights
- Jacuzzi only: 35€ / day for reservations more than 7 nights
Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.
Winter period (November - March): Central heating is available with 300€ per week
Climate Crisis Resilience Charge: €10 per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon arrival at the villa.
