The top-luxury, brand new villa Dione Palace is located in Falasarna, in the western Chania region. It is built on the side of a hill just 4 km away from the beach of Falasarna. Its location provides guests with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The villa offers a balanced blend of luxury and comfort. The interior of villa Dione Palace covers a surface of 200 m² and it is all decorated with luxury furniture, most of them “made in Italy” that will really make you feel comfortable and in an exclusive environment.

On the upper floor you will find a spacious and comfortable living room with big windows that give you the access directly to the pool area. Beside the living room there is a well-furnished and organized kitchen, equipped with all the best quality of domestic appliances that offer you the possibility to cook everything you need. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

A  flight of stairs takes you to the lower floor where the 2 other bedrooms are located, both with en-suite bathrooms and double beds. Also, a luxurious room with a Jacuzzi hot tub is available, with big windows through which you can gaze across the magic sea and sky of Falasarna.

Water games in the large infinity swimming pool can be endless. You can enjoy your drink on the wooden deck overlooking the bay of Falasarna. Also, you can test your cooking skills at the barbeque facilities provided. In the morning hours you can have breakfast in numerous outdoor spots, accompanied by singing birds.
