Villa Elia II -  a siren in an absolute quiet location which combines nature with traditional luxury

Villa Elia II covers an area of 135 m². The villa has two levels and it is built with all due respect to the environment.

The main entrance places you on the top floor where you enter into the living room and the dining area. From the vast glass openings you can enjoy the blue colours of the Falassarna beach. One veranda with a pergola is in front of the living room furnished with a round table of 4-6 people. From the living room there is also access to the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, an espresso as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, boiler, pots and pans are included. A round wooden table for 4-6 people can be used for dining.

The villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. They are found on the ground floor. The one bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and the second one has two single beds converted into one king size bed. The bedrooms look at the sea and have direct access to the outdoor living area.

On the ground floor there is also a spa room promising to offer you moments of well-being and relaxation. The interior Jacuzzi of 2 people with its great range of programmes and the sauna will help you to relax and refresh yourself throughout your stay at the villa. Combine them with swimming in the pool or in the sea or walking at the peaceful region to relax your mind.

The outdoor areas are extended on many levels. All of them are of a stunning view to the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea. On the first level, there is a hill full of trees and bushes recently planted. On the next level, the 52 m² heated pool is found. There is also an exterior Jacuzzi for 2 people. The guests can enjoy the sunbathing in the comfortable wooden sun loungers. A dining area of 6 people with pergola and a barbecue are located on the same level. On the next level, there is the outdoor living area. Our little guests can enjoy the playground found next to the living area. Children can also spend their time on the other activities especially provided for them.
