For a true boutique experience this 8-bedroom residence offers contemporary design and luxury in an interior space of 456 m². It features 6 bedrooms within the house as well as 2 independently accessed guest rooms. On top of all that, there are spectacular outdoor areas and a 63 m² infinity pool.

Entering the ground floor, you will find the spacious, open-plan, sun-flooded living and dining areas with high ceilings, a fireplace and a relaxing study area. French doors open onto the shaded lounge terrace with access to the large pool filled with crystal-clear fresh water. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a door leading onto the outdoor terrace. A new counter / bar area, as an extension of our kitchen towards the dinning area and living room, finding that it is of great functional assistance not only for breakfast time and all day meals but also as a work and coffee point with amazing views. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and spectacular sea view. Last but not least, a second bedroom (access via separate external entrance) with an en-suite shower room and doors opening onto the gorgeous terrace with sea views.

Going up onto the first floor there is an en-suite master bedroom with a large terrace with great sea views and a fourth en-suite double bedroom (access via an external staircase) that has an access to two small terraces.

On the lower ground floor there are 3 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with doors leading to the pool area. All the bedrooms on this floor have en-suite shower rooms. You can enjoy a spacious room filled with gym equipment and a tennis table.

Pathways were designed through the olive trees and local vegetation, in the "wild", “untouched” area in between the two villas, with hammocks where one can simply lie under the shade of the olive trees and enjoy a peaceful rest.

30% deposit is non-refundable, unless in the event of proven Covid travel restrictions in Greece or country of the head booker, only in this case a 24-month voucher will be offered for the amount already paid.
