This exclusive 6-bedroom villa offers sophisticated design and interior space of 352 m² and features 5 bedrooms within the house, as well as 1 independently accessed guest room and also spectacular outdoor areas with a 63 m² infinity pool.

A new Garden Suite is made in 2022, and it consists of 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, one shared kitchenette, a small private garden, a jacuzzi and direct access to the pool or the living room of the main Villa, via stone paved paths.The one bedroom has the flexibility to be converted into a twin room or into a living room if the guests wish so, in order to have a proper two spaced Suite.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with a fireplace and a study area. The open-plan living area leads into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a direct access through french doors to an external dining area that is located by the pool. There is a bar area in the kitchen with stools overlooking the pool and the sea. On the same level there is a double and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower rooms with rain showers, walk-in closets and beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea. One of the bedrooms offers a small terrace with direct access to the pool.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a closet and a private terrace with sea views. There is also a double room with separate external entrance, en-suite shower room, a walk-in closet, a fireplace and a private terrace with beautiful sea views. 

The lower ground floor offers 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower rooms and walk-in closets, both with direct access to the garden and pool level.

Pathways were designed through the olive trees and local vegetation, in the "wild", “untouched” area in between the two villas. There are lovely rest areas with hammocks where one can simply lie under the shade of the olive trees.

30% deposit is non-refundable, unless in the event of proven Covid travel restrictions in Greece or country of the head booker, only in this case a 24-month voucher will be offered for the amount already paid.
