Villa Gaia - a siren in an absolute quiet location which combines nature with traditional luxury

Villa Gaia covers an area of 153 m², has two levels and it is built with all due respect to the environment, appropriate for winter holidays as well.

The main entrance places you on the top floor where you enter into the living room and the dining area. In the living room there is a large corner sofa whose two parts can be turned into two single beds. From the vast glass openings you can enjoy the blue colors of the Falassarna beach and the Hellenic sky. One veranda with pergola is in front of the living room, furnished with a round table of 6-8 people suitable for having your breakfast and enjoying the outstanding natural beauty of the area. From the living room there is also access to the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever necessary for a nice and cool living. Refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, an espresso as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, boiler, pots and pans are included. A wooden monastery-style table for 6-8 people can be used for dining, as the interior setting has nothing to envy of the outdoor one, as the large glass door offers direct view to the Sea of Crete. The view of the blue waters of the sea will captivate your sight and your mind.

The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the bedrooms the colours of Cretan scenery dominate. The grey of the rocky Cretan mountains, the brown of the sand and the green of the olive trees. The two bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and the third one has two single beds that can be converted into one king size bed.

On the top floor, there is one of the three bedrooms of the villa. The bedroom looks at the pool area and has direct access to it. On the ground floor there are the other two bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. Both of them have sea view. They have access to the outdoor living-room area and to a nice traditional veranda.

At the ground floor there is also a spa room promising to offer you moments of well-being and relaxation. The interior jacuzzi of 4 people with its great range of programmes and the sauna will help you to relax and refresh yourself through your stay at the villa. Combine them with swimming in the pool or in the sea or with walking at the peaceful region to relax your mind.

The outdoor areas are extended in many levels. All of them have a stunning view to the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea. On the first level, there is a big hill full of trees and bushes recently planted. On the next level, the 52 m² pool is found. There is also an interior jacuzzi and sauna of 2 people. The guests can enjoy sunbathing in the comfortable wooden sun loungers. A dining area of 6-8 people with a pergola is located at the same level. A barbecue will give you the opportunity to taste local products by cooking them by yourselves. On the next level, there is the outdoor living room. Our little guests can enjoy the playground found at a lower level, in close proximity with the living-room area. With your children's safety in mind, the area has been planted with grass to avoid accidents. Children can also spend their time on the other activities especially provided to them.
