Happy villa is a brand new, contemporary villa with attention to detail, perfect for families or groups of friends. It is located at the entrance of the historic village of Galatas and is close both to Chania city center and the venetian harbour, as well as to all the beautiful beaches and sightseeing of the area. It offers marvellous sea and mountain views. It is equipped with underfloor heating so it is superb for winter vacation as well.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, a living room and a wc. Upstairs on the1st floor there is the master bedroom with its private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. Also, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have each got 2 single beds, their own private balcony and both share the bathroom of this floor with a big shower cabin.

On the last floor of the house there is an attic which includes a twin bedroom, a sitting room with a sofa bed (can sleep 2), a kitchenette and a wc room with a separate shower room.

In the basement there is a parking space for 2 cars, a gym and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside there is a private swimming pool of 30 m² (can be heated against an extra charge of 20€/day to maximum 26 degrees celsius) with wooden deck and 6 wooden sunbeds.
Heating of the pool is offered for free for more  than 5 days of stay.
