Isabelle - Elegant and exquisite she stands, overlooking the bay

Completed in August 2014, the quality of building materials and design is such that villa Isabelle was entered into the 2015 International Property Awards. The concept was to design a spacious, luxury villa that blends into the local landscape, but at the same time caters for modern indulgences whilst including traditional Greek styles and touches. Isabelle truly delivers. In an exceptional location offering panoramic views of the sea, mountains, olive groves, local towns and villages, this is the perfect place to have a holiday or stage a special event.

The villa sprawls across 3 floors. On the first floor there is an extremely spacious master bedroom with lounge area, a large en suite and a fireplace. , sun loungers and a sitting area. On the middle floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own direct access to the pool deck. On the same floor there is a spacious and beautifully designed open-plan kitchen, fully-equipped with all the modern appliances, a lounge area and a dining area. On the lower floor there are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room and an entrance to a garage.

Outside, there is a stylish and of substantial size (140 m²) infinity swimming pool, which is filled with crystal-clear, fresh water. For children there is a small safe pool to the side (20 m²).  There are 10 sunbeds, a large lounge, 2 sitting areas, a built-in BBQ, a herb garden, lawns to the front and back of the property, parking and other necessary facilities tthat make this the perfect place to stay.

This villa is an ideal venue for a wedding ceremony and reception. Please note that an additional event charge is 1000€ per event. All events should not exceed 50 guests. The owner has to pre-approve the event.

Cleaning service before an arrival and after a departure and a mid-stay cleaning (only when staying longer than 1 week) are included in the rental price. An additional cleaning has to be booked prior to an arrival at additional charge.
Bed linen, face, bath and pool towels are provided.

No groups under the ages of 24 years
