On the ground floor, the main living area offers warmth and comfort, featuring a spacious layout that offers relaxation. Settle into the comfortable corner sofa, and enjoy the expansive views through large windows, highlighting the sparkling pool, the deep blue sea, and the enchanting silhouette of Spinalonga Island.

All areas at Notiko Villa II, including the pool, are private and exclusively for villa guests. The pool maintenance personnel and the villa cleaning team visit twice a week. The pool is cleaned early in the morning, while house cleaning schedules are arranged in consultation with the guests.
