Villa Olea Prime is arguably one of the most unique villas in Crete. Situated amongst five acres of land, and nestled in an olive grove, it is no surprise that this unique architectural triumph has been hosted in several magazines and exhibitions. Full of luxury touches, with complete privacy and an amazing view of the sea, beach and mountains, there is no better place to enjoy your vacation. A white sandy beach with crystal-blue waters is just 5 minutes walking distance from the villa.
Entrance to the villa: main floor via the entrance bridge. Fully-equipped kitchen, large indoor dinner table with chairs, double glazed wide windows with sea view. Living area with sea view, satellite plasma TV and games center, WC.
Garden floor: Two bedrooms (one twin one double) sharing a large bathroom, and a small kitchenette. An infinity pool that can be heated against extra charge 65€/day, a Jacuzzi exta charge 29 euros/day whirlpool and BBQ.
On the lower floor there are 2 large bedrooms both with en suites, another bedroom and a large playroom for the children with plasma TV and games.
CANCELLATION / NON SHOW POLICY:
•For any cancellation the initial deposit 30% is non refundable. •In case of non show or early departure the cost of the entire stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
•JANUARY-FEBRUARY-MARCH-NOVEMBER-DECEMBER: In case of any cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival the deposit will be withheld as cancellation fees. The total cost of reservation will be charged for any cancellation received 20 days or less prior to arrival.
•APRIL-MAY-SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER: In case of any cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival the deposit will be withheld as cancellation fees. The total cost of reservation will be charged for any cancellation received 20 days or less prior to arrival.
JUNE-JULY-AUGUST: In case of any cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be withheld as cancellation fees. The total cost of reservation will be charged for any cancellation received 29 days or less prior to arrival.
