Measuring 250 m2, the two-level villa features three master bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a spacious, elegant living and dining room with magnificent sea view. The master bedroom located on the upper floor features an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and wonderful view to the sea, whereas the twin bedroom of the same floor overlooks the verdant garden of the villa. The two attractively designed master bedrooms on the lower floor open up to the garden, just a few steps from the sparkling pool.
Exterior
Villa Ostria is the ideal residence to relax, have fun, eat and live in the open. Surrounded by rich trees, it ensures privacy and seclusion. The luxury villa offers an expansive, large veranda, with an unquestionably amazing view of the crystal sea, and the wild Cretan landscape. On a unique position, literally at the edge of the cliff, the deck with the outdoor Jacuzzi tub allows you to admire golden sunsets while enjoying an outdoor spa. Moreover, the pergola that shelters the pool area is perfect for outdoor dining, right in front of the turquoise waters and the flourishing garden.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost per day, which is paid in cash upon arrival. A 2 days notice is required.
The rates include:
BREAKFAST: Breakfast basket delivered to the villa daily. Freshly baked bread, juice, milk, butter, homemade jam, local honey, fruits, and Cretan delicacies. A daily addition of one of the following: eggs OR local cheese, olives and rusk OR cake OR Greek yoghurt OR tsoureki OR nutrition bars. For kids: cereals & Nutella
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation please notify immediately in writing. The following cancellation policy is applied:
-Free cancellation for cancellations 56 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival.
-For cancellations less than 8 weeks before the check-in, no refund will take place. We therefore strongly recommend a travel insurance.
COVID-19 EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to be eligible to make use of the Covid-19 Emergency Cancellation Policy, guests should provide official documentation from governmental authorities of their country that there are travel restrictions as follows:
-Full Refund: in case of regional or national lockdown due to Covid-19 in the country of origin or in Greece on the check-in day / during the dates of the booking
-Credit Voucher (client is entitled to reschedule the booking within 18 months): in case of other governmental travel restrictions caused by Covid-19.
