Pandis – A palatial property for clients wishing to experience an exceptional holiday

This decadent villa offers 2 lounges, adorned with ancient Greek columns, golden decoration, a stately fireplace, spacious veranda with white “Dyonisos” marble and gold-plated, Swarovski-crystal chandeliers in all three rooms. The combination of high-shine floors, gypsum carvings and paintings, thoughtful lighting, traditional colours and fine detail alludes to the luxury of Ancient Greek palaces.

Villa Pandis is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. First double bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro massage. Also, a second double bedroom with en-suite hydro massage and a sofa bed.

On the entrance floor there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as a twin bedroom with an extra sofa bed and en-suite shower cabin with hydro massage. There is also a twin bedroom that has an exclusive use of a bath with shower (not en suite). The access to the bathroom is through a door adjoining the entrance of the bedroom. There is also a third double en-suite bedroom with a shower cabin with hydro massage and a fourth double bedroom with an en suite bathroom of 28 m². This bathroom has a sea view, an in-floor bathtub, double washstands, and a shower cabin with hydro massage, Hi-Fi system, hidden lighting and 2 decadent Swarovski chandeliers. Each bedroom has its own balcony and three bedrooms offer a wonderful sea view.

The outside area boasts a private, heated swimming pool of 45 m² and a depth of 1,4 m to 1,45 m, with hydro massage (heating at an extra charge), sunbeds, parasols, a dining area, 1 built in BBQ  and one with gas and a pizza oven, and a large garden area. For those who don’t like the chlorine in the pool for themselves and their children or have some health, dermatological or breathing problems or even they don’t like the smell of the chlorine, can choose the water of the pool to be disinfected with the very healthy and modern way of using natural salt (electrolysis method). With the electrolysis method we have a continuous and fully disinfection in a very natural way, without chemicals. This method doesn’t bleach and doesn’t make your hair or skin dry. This excellent facility is free of charge.

An addittional charge of  50€/ per person / per night applies when exceeding the number of 12 guests. Maximum is 14 guests. For an extra person is 50€ per night.

March, April, May, 15 - 30 September, October, November, rate for 8 guests is €350 per night for 4 bedrooms.

Maid service and linen change twice a week are included in the rental rate.
