Villa Pebble offers discreet and stylish accommodation just a few metres from the warm waters of the Aegean Sea. Crafted out of local limestone and blending seamlessly into the shoreline, villa Pebble is set in landscaped Theodoulos Pasxalidis and grassed areas.

The wondrous private infinity pool of 45 m² can be heated on request at about 28°C, depending on weather conditions. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.

As you descend from the terrace - past the infinity pool and the al fresco dining area - and take the walkway across the pebbles, you step into the warm waters to discover a sea floor of fine sand. 

There are six lovely bedrooms, all light and stylish, with soft wooden flooring and balconies shaded from the Mediterranean sun, offering uninterrupted views. With a 150-meter beachfront panorama, the lounge alone enjoys six metres of a floor-to-ceiling window, that draws in the natural light while presenting the most amazing views.

Villa Pebble comprises the following bedrooms: One master bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), three guest bedrooms with double beds (180 cm x 200 cm) and one guest bedroom with twin beds (2 x100 cm x 200 cm), all with en-suite bathrooms and sea or mountain views. There is also an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a total indoor space of 300 m².

Upon request the villa can sleep extra guests, with added fold-up beds and the sofa beds provided in the property. Please inquire for more information. When the number of guests exceeds 12 there is an extra charge of 100€ per person per night.

Housekeeping with daily house cleaning (except Sundays), linen and towels change twice weekly and a welcome pack are included in the rates.

The Villa is pet friendly, please let us know in advance in case you would like to bring your pet with you.

Heating is only possible in one of the 2 beachfront villa pools (Apha or Pebble) at one time. Not simultaneously. Please check before booking.

Please note there is a stay tax charge of 0,50€/night which is payable locally and in cash.

Cancellation charges are calculated on the following basis:
30% deposit on bookings is NON-refundable.

Over 42 days: Deposit loss only
15-42 days: loss of 80%
Under 15 days: Loss of 100%

30 days prior to arrival date: No Cancellation fees
29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of reservation as cancellation
14-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
No show: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
Early Departure: 100% of remaining stay
Non show bookings are considered as canceled by the hotel without any further information

For the period 21/06-20/09:
60 days prior to arrival date: No Cancellation fees
59 to 15 days prior to arrival: 80% of reservation as cancellation
14-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
No show: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
Early Departure: 100% of remaining stay
Non show bookings are considered as canceled by the hotel without any further information
