Phaestias Terra is a complex of three brand new luxury villas Akalli, Xenodice n’ Phaedra, constructed in 2021.
Villa Xenodice has direct unobstructed view to the sea and the Cretan nature and offers complete privacy. It has its own large garden and terrace with barbeque facilities in a shaded area. The villa also boasts a private, 32 m2 infinity pool with hydro massage and waterfall jets, that can be heated upon request (at an additional charge 100€ per day).

Villa Xenodice has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and Coco-Mat eco-friendly mattresses, guaranteeing unique sleeping comfort. Visitors can enjoy a relaxing and very comfortable holiday experience.
